If you have outstanding in Sportsplex fees your fob will not work. Otherwise, contact Towne Properties at 513-489-4059.

You must get approval prior to any change. First, you must submit ARB application, along with the plans (if applicable) through the TownSq app in Tools/Architectural Review Link. The ARB (Architecture Review Board) will review and respond to the application.

We do quarterly inspections and repairs are made at that time.
Who is responsible for maintaining the vacant lots?
The lot owner is responsible for maintaining their lot. The HOA monitors the vacant lots and contacts the owners to insure maintenance is occurring on a regular basis.
